Are there any
discounts available for volume shipping?
Yes, shippers can receive a substantial discount if they opt to prepay.
Discount user pays $11.00 per pick up plus 10% of the shipping cost in excess
of $100.00. To receive the discount a monthly charge of $8.00 will apply $8.00
per month. The discount is two-fold. First the minimum pickup charge is reduced
from $12.00 to 11.00. Secondly, for all shipments costing over $100.00, the
additional pickup charge is reduced by 2%.

What are the levels of services
available?
We offer all the services of the USPS, including express mail and priority
mail, plus in connection with our postal distributor partner. We even offer
parcel select services, which rates begin at are less expensive than the rate
of United Parcel Service, (UPS). The rate is 10% less than the standard UPS
ground service cost and for high volume users the rate is 15% less than the
standard UPS ground service. A high volume shipper is one who ships
approximately 100 or more Parcel Select packages per day throughout the
year.
[top]
Are your services guaranteed?
Our services are guaranteed to the extent that the USPS guarantees it services.
Since we are acting as the first mile carrier for the USPS, all of your
shipments will carry with it the same guarantees as the USPS.

How much will I save?
That depends on how what service you select, and how much you ship each day. If
you are only shipping one package a day, the savings is minimal. However if you
ship, lets say, five packages on a day, two of which are 10 lb express mails,
from Los Angeles, CA to Dallas, Tx and three of which 1 lb are priority mail
from Los Angeles, CA to New York, NY. Your saving could be over 50%. Here's how
that works.
The two express mail would cost 37.50 plus 37.50 = $75.00, The three priority
mails would cost 3.85 x 3 = 11.55, Plus the pick of $12.00, Your total would be
$98.55 The cost of these five shipments by UPS would be approximately at
$167.38 (plus any accessorial that may be involved. The cost of these five
shipments by FEDEX would be about $149.75, plus of course any accessorial
charges they may have.
The savings is substantial - over 50%. Also, since the Parcel Select rate is
discounted off of UPS you will save 10% after the cost of pick up. Why
ship it any other way.
